TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General

1. Aim to be five minutes early for your class or workshop. It is important you are on time so the children can hear the introduction without distraction.
2. Make sure your child uses the bathroom and wash thier hands before class.
3. Please ensure your child wears sensible shoes in the studio.
4. We provide a quiet space for the children. Please respect our space and do not talk during classes. Mobile phones need to be on silent.
5. If a child is increasingly disruptive, Creative Movements reserves the right to ask the child and parent to leave the class or workshop.
6. Any collection arrangements must be discussed with the teacher when you drop your child off.
7. All children up to the age of 3 must be accompanied by an adult throughout all CM sessions.
8. Please note that occasionally, dance teachers may be substituted.

Medical

1. If your child is showing any cold, flu or COVID-19 symptoms, vomiting bug or hight termperature they should not attend the class.
2. No food is allowed during classes. Children with severe food allergies (e.g. anaphylaxis) must be accompanied by an adult family member or carer during classes and workshops.
3. CM staff will not administer medications to children.
4. By registering your child for a Creative Movements class or workshop, you agree that CM staff may seek medical advice and/or treatment in an emergency.

Photography and Videography and use of mobile phones

1. CM may have a photographer or videographer present during final workshops, shows and occasionally term time classes. He/she will be taking studio shots and video which maybe included on the CM website or social media sites, and displayed anywhere in the world for an indefinite period. Photos always remain anonymous.
2. Please be aware of this and notify your class teacher if you do not wish for your child to be photographed/filmed.
3. Otherwise, by booking your child for a class or workshop you are granting your permission for this use of photography and video.
4. Please avoid using your phone during classes or workshops.

 Discounts, Payments, and Refunds

1. Follow our COVID-19 policy and terms and conditions.
2. Sibling discount is availble for workshops and for classes (this includes the second, third, or fourth child in the same class term or workshop break/holiday).
3. Payment for the full course of class or workshop sessions must be paid in advance. 
4. If clients have paid for the term and their child has begun the terms sessions, and he/she wishes to leave, NO REFUND is possible. 
5. No refunds or discounts are given for clients taking holidays or missing sessions. 
6. No refunds are given for party deposits (if party is cancelled by client). 
7. No refunds are given for workshop payments (if workshop is cancelled by client). 
8. If Creative Movements cancels class, workshop -full refund is given.
9. If Creative Movements cancels classes-refund is given for the remaining session(s).
10. If Creative Movements cancels party-full refund and  deposit with be returned.
