"I would personally like to welcome Aly as the new Director of Creative Movements Haringey. Nobody was happier than me when Aly decided to open a Creative Movements franchise in the Haringey area. Aly’s background and personality could not be a better fit for this work. With her warm, friendly, and bubbly personality, Aly inspires children to access their own creativity and bring it alive with confidence and joy. Aly’s sincere and genuine approach to the Creative Movements work, will be of great value and benefit to all those who pass through her doors."

Creative Movements Haringey
Aly trained in drama and dance at the College of Saint Benedict, a private liberal arts school in the U.S. There she studied stage management, arts marketing, and production management.
As a child, a tornado swept Aly away to a strange land where she made friends with a scarecrow and defeated a witch—and she has never been the same. Then, she was just a young girl in the audience watching the Wizard of Oz, but that performance sparked a love of creative storytelling, and she's been involved in theatre ever since.
For several years, she worked as a character performer and dancer at Nickelodeon Universe where she saw firsthand the delight that character building and imagination can bring to children. After chasing Spongebob Squarepants around, she moved to London and was immersed in the theatre world by writing off-West End reviews. Later, she worked on the business side of theatre as a Client Manager for Off West End and Regional tours for See Tickets.
Aly came to Creative Moments because she is driven to work closely with children in a creative and influential atmosphere. The Creative Movements ethos of using storytelling and movement to build children's creativity and confidence touched her because that’s exactly why she loved the Wizard of Oz. She hopes to help children find their own "Dorothy" moment and
discover the magic of storytelling.
